You gotta give us a little more to go on. Is it running windows update in the background? Is superfetch still enabled? What kind of harddrive do you have?

show us a picture of Task Manager.

I'm using windows 10 pro GTX 750 ti oc 8gb ram I used to play Assassin's creed odyssey I almost play 34 hrs most no problem at all after several days I open back game now game freezes very minutes and textures loading on task manager 100%disk usage Same with Forza horizon

So this picture doesnt really help, you priortize the disk usage so we can see what else is using the disk. A Game should not be using that much. also, is it an HDD or SSD?

When not gaming HDD usage 0% after gaming only happens I have disabled all services and programs no malwares or nothing and HDD temperature also good what is the cause

How old is your HDD? Could be failing, or maybe you are just trying to push too much information through it. 

What is your HDD Speed and capacity, is it near full?

HDD is 3 years old but I ran several tests temperature are good no errors at all have so much free space I used to play with no problems suddenly happens games using 100% harddisk although old games are still playble like call of duty mw2

MW2 doesnt have high res textures, like newer titles. 

When you pull up task manager, you show that the only thing using the HDD is the game?

The picture you included only shows 0% for HDD on the processing running.

Is superfetch service on?

 

Have you tried a Defragement recently?

Superfetch(sysmain) disabled only game using 100% is games like Forza horizon 4,Assassin's creed odyssey....  I used to play with no problems is it windows 10 problem or failling motherboard?

It doesnt sound like a motherboard problem. But then again, Motherboards do weird things.

I think its just your drive not able to keep up.

But games like FIFA 20 running fine on ultra so there is nothing we can do

Truthfully, I dont know enough to suggest a fix. Did you try a Defrag and see if that helps? If not, get an SSD and put your games on that.
