So I got two Chrome-based browsers (chrome itself and Torch) which are otherwise fine but as soon as I open some media application (like VLC player, Whatsapp Web etc.), the browsers start stuttering/lagging every few seconds. But it doesn't happen for all the things, other media like Windows media player, the Steam client, etc. do not trigger any lag in the browser.

Microsoft Edge doesn't suffer this problem, only chrome-based browsers do.

The issue started only after the 1903 update. Anyone else having this? Any solutions?

Oh and I already did that sfc /scannow command via CMD, didn't find anything to fix. Have been installing all the minor updates to Windows since 1903 promptly, and my GeForce drivers are also up-to-date. Can't seem to figure out what's causing this...
