Now I need a graphics card! This is the article I read. https://graphicscardhub.com/best-graphics-card-for-video-editing-rendering/  I didn't have anyone to ask, I would go with the ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1050 Ti Mini. However, I do! What do you think? I'm going to use my PC to play Minecraft and edit videos (for myself/YouTube, and as a small business (I hope)). Right now I couldn't edit 4k videos even if I wanted to because I don't have a 4k camera. However, if I start filming/editing semi-professionally I probably will get a 4k camera. (Ok, I'll stop rambling.) I want a GPU that can handle editing 4k with Adobe After effects/Premier Pro and some stuff with Blender (I don't really know if I'll use Blender at all, allot, ECT). You probably get the idea. I'm looking to spend around $1,000 total on my PC. Up to $700 currently. I suppose I could spend a bit more if I needed to....

Thanks in advance for your help!! The newbie hasn't gotten to confused yet... ?
