Pc booting but no post

I’ve been using my custom built for about 2 weeks now, everything has been working fine. But today I start it all the fans are spinning but no post screen, I have a yellow light on the board which links with memory but I have done nothing to system involving memory. Any suggestions on how to get around this ???????

Try clearing your CMOS.
