I recommend doing some benchmarks in some games to find out which part of your computer is held at a 100% using MSI AfterBurner.

So for example in games your gpu might always be at 100% while your cpu is hovering at around 60%-70% usage. In this case a GPU upgrade would be ideal.

But if let's say your CPU is always at 100% but your GPU hovers at around 70% then you would benefit from a CPU upgrade.

If, by any chance both the CPU and GPU are running 90%-100% than either one of those upgrades is suitable.

Though looking at the build the GPU might be the part that is holding you off so I recommend going for the RTX 2060.

Last thing is that you might want to consider is going for the RX 5700 as it is similarly priced while offering some more performance. The only reason to pick the RTX 2060 is if you really want that ray tracing but do remember that not many games support the feature.

Honestly, the 2200g will likely be the part that is holding you back for more modern games. As much as you will get a performance boost from the GPU, the limitation of only being able to do 4 threads on that CPU is going to hurt you in the long run. Besides, an RX 570 should be able to do most games at 1080p high settings and not drop below 50FPS already, and unless you're in competitive FPS, that should be able to hold you over until you can get a 5700 or 5700 XT.
