Last night while i was browsing chrome my computer bluescreened. After it reset it would not get past the black "pro series" post screen. After 3 hard resets it went to "preparing automatic repair" with the pro series above it. I left it on over night and in the morning it hadnt moved. Got a new harddrive and a windows 10 usb install. I reset the CMOS by removing the motherboard battery, waited, and plugged everything in. Launched the bios, put everything to default. When i reach the install page, i go to the windows 64bit (image1), then it goes to a blank "pro series" screen (image2)

Old harddrive is stuck on automatic repair with no spinning or anything and new one with bootable usb is stuck. Ive tried looking for solutions throughout the internet but haven't found someone with a similar problem as I am describing. Can anyone help?
