Hi,

So I got a ”networking” question for you all. :D

In the past iv been having some connection issues, dropping in and out.

The main router is placed on the second floor of the house; my pc is on the first floor. The main router came from the Internet Company, that router wasn’t strong enough, so I had to get a better one so that we could send the signal down to my PC.

To paint a picture for you:

Main router – (cable) – 1 Amplifier – (wireless) – PC

After changing my iMac with a Pc iv started to have connection errors, and I can see that I only have 2-3 in signal strength out of 5. So I was wondering if this system would work:

 Main router – (cable) – 1 Amplifier – (wireless) – 2 Amplifier – (cable) - PC

2 Amplifier is in my apartment, so I was wondering if pulling a cable from the amplifier would work? If not, any tips on what i can do?
