Best Cable Management for V21

I am going to rebuild my computer step by step again with a cleaner and nicer build in mind. I was examiningy case which is the Thermaltake V21 to notice there is an exposed lower chasis right next to the front of the case (or the right if your looking at the side panel. What is the best way to cable manage the Thermaltake V21?

I've got that same case and I'm not the best at cable management but I've got a lot of my cables zip tied to the underside of the motherboard tray and coming up from underneath it.
