Looking for a Machine Learning optimized build

Hi everyone

 

I am looking for a PC which is optimized for machine learning. Specifically running YOLOv3 for realtime object detection in a video stream. Looking for around 30 fps but off course the more the better. The video stream will contain crowds of humans which have to be detected and followed, and the maximum amount of detectable humans in frame will be around 20.

 

Budget is around 1000 euro (1100$).

 

I have been looking around and saw that a video card with a large amount of video memory is important for computer vision. I was already looking at an rtx 2070 or an gtx 1080ti. It is important that the GPU is from team green because YOLO supports CUDA.

 

For CPU I was looking at an amd ryzen second generation 5 or 7 series. but not sure which one fits the best with the GPU I am going to choose.

 

RAM is going to be 16gb

 

I am looking for a list of parts which i can order and build or a prebuild pc. 

 

Please keep in mind that the PC will run Linux.
