Will I bottle neck?

I just got a new RTX 2070xc and I am planning to pair it with the following specs: 16gb of ram(2666Mhz) and i7 7700. Later I plan to get a 1440p monitor at 144hz. At this resolution will I experience a CPU bottleneck?

I would expect a bottle neck under certain workloads. Gaming wise i don't think it would be an issue. Try to run some bench marks and keep your eye on the cpu/gpu loads.
