Game Development + Gaming Build + Virtualization

Hi, I'm a noob in this area so need help.

Right now I have a ASUS ROG G701VO-CS74K Intel Core i7 6820HK (2.70 GHz) 32 GB DDR4 Memory 512GB NVMe SSD NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 8 GB. I'm from the US, want to build a PC for  development and gaming. As well I do virtualization for iOS Dev. What would be the best with a 2,000$ US dollar budget. Already have a monitor recently bought this: LG 34WK650-W 34. So, Any help is appreciated.

How does your current system handel the virtualization for ios development?

I use VMWare have macOS Mojave sometimes is a little slow in performance. Don't know how to tweak to have the same experience as using a Mac, but works.

There are some optimizations you can do for a macos vm but honestly if youre going to do mac development you might be best off buying a mac.

Why do I have to buy a mac? I've done iOS dev with a VM Mac and is the same. As well, I need this for game dev and gaming. The cost of a Mac is even or more than this build.
