Bluetooth earphone stutter.

Hello everyone, recently i bought a pair of "cheaper" bluetooth earphones for my mom to use with her laptop. However when i set them up and tried to test audio it would stutter like crazy, completely unusable. At first i thought its the earphones themselves being a cheaper set, however they work perfectly with my laptop and all our phones, android and ios. Both laptops are running windows 10, with internal bluetooth adapters. No, wifi does not affect it, neither does any other solution ice researched, disabling certain properties, enchantments etc etc. Does anyone have an idea of what i can do next? Im thinking maybe changing the bluetooth adapter driver to the same one as is on my laptop to hopefully fix this. Any other recommendations are welcome. Thanks.
