cheapest 1TB SSD - sata + Dram

I'm using Kingston A400 960GB 2.5 inch SATA SSD. So far so good.

MX500 has 512 MB DDR3

this will be great price, but again only in USA? Europe get's everything + 20/25%

I'm not sure if DRAM will help much for SATA SSDs. Maybe you need that type of speed, but for me, DRAM-less SSD is pretty good for my usage. I got write speed of 500MB/s on big file transfer and read speed of about 200MB/s. I do trim the drive once every month (or if I delete a a lot of files).
