AMD Wraith Prism ring light problem

I have a Ryzen 3700x in an Aorus X570 Elite motherboard and with the onboard rgb controls it will not change what the ring light did. I also downloaded the Cooler Master and AMD Wraith Prism controller application but that is not helping the problem at all. I have looked tirelessly with no help whatsoever as to figuring out how to control this dang ring light. I can change the fan light just not the ring. Help please!

The ring light can only be controlled with the RGB cable, are you using the USB cable? If so, remove it and replace it with the other cable.
