Issue: Windows 10 will not load. I get the Windows logo and the spinning dots and then it just freezes. The same error occurs with a Windows 10 USB image.

System:

Ryzen 5 1600x

Corsair H55 AIO cooler

MSI x370 Gaming Pro Carbon

BIOS Version: E7A32AMS.1L0

Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4  2x8GB 3200MHz

Radeon HD7970

Samsung 960 EVO NVMe SSD 250 GB

Two 1TB mechanical drives for games and stuff.

Corsair RM 850x

I have no issues accessing BIOS. I have tried one memory module at a time. Issue did not change. Tried moving the graphics card to other PCIE slots. Tried moving the ssd to the second M.2 slot. Still no change.  I swapped out the graphics card with a Radeon HD 5770. That time it booted up and I was able to log into Windows. A couple minutes later my mouse and keyboard stopped responding. CTRL+ALT-DEL does nothing. Unplugging them and plugging them back in does nothing either. I shutdown the system and booted it back up. Now I am back to the original issue. Windows freezes on boot.

Let me know if you need any clarification of the issue.

I will appreciate any advice.
