Howdy ya'll,  So today I was installing some new Noctua NF-F12s on my Corsair H100i to replace the stock fans.  Powered up the rig and at post I got this msg, and it shutdown 15 seconds later, tied a few times more with same results, Fuck.  So I unplugged everything USB and it said no keyboard detected but booted into windows, So I plugged my keyboard in and everything was fine, slowly plugged everything back in intill I had everything plugged back in with no issues.  Rebooted and it went into windows as normal.  Seriously weird shit, anyone else ever have this happen?

On another note the Noctua's are running a lot quieter and run a few degree's lower, sound I though was the water pump humming was actually the stock fans.

I had this before when I broke the plastic part of the USB port and were clogged with dust. I just pulled the USB 2.0 header off from the motherboard and it booted up fine.

Yea First thing I did was unplugged my cases front usb ports from my mobo and the problem persisted, so I just unplugged all my peripherals and it booted into windows, then I plugged everything in one at a time and everything worked fine, my pc restarts normally really puzzled me.
