SO basically my monitor has been playing up lately. Turning on the showing the desktop for a split second then going to a black screen. turning it on and off again a few times allowed it to work fine. however it has taken longer and longer to stay on. I read somewhere that it is the sign of a failing capacitor so i have opened up the monitor to look at the boards. none of the capacitors show any signs of bulging or failure. but there is another component that seems to be oozing something. Any idea what it is and if it is the cause of my problems. THanks
