Setting Hard Time Limits on iOS Apps

I'm looking for a way to set a time limit on certain apps that goes beyond what Screen Time allows. As of this writing, Screen Time does enforce a set time limit (eg 15 minutes on Twitter but leave everything else open) but still provides an override option on the same screen. I want to prevent the ability to override it from that screen (disable the ask for more time function).

 

Anyone know how to do this?
