Switchable AMD Graphics (R7+RX460)

Long story short, the dedicated gpu (RX460M) doesn't seem to work. (~20frames borderlands3 lowest settings 1280x720)

Tried DDU clean install.

Contacted AMD + Asus support. Where they were pretty much useless.

To be more specific, the laptop model is FX550IU. Does anyone have an idea how to fix this issue?
