I will be playing GTA V and Witcher on RX 570, and Cyberpunk when it comes out.

I am in India with price of processors as

  • 2200G for 83$.
  • 2400G for 130$.
  • 1600 for 124$.
  • 2600 for 150$.
  • 9400F for 142$.

My primary games will be GTA V, Witcher 3, Cyberpunk 2077(whenever it comes out).
I won't upgrade anything in this rig for at least 2-3 years.

My budget for MoBo is about 70$(Budget may be adjusted a bit by changing MoBo.)

I chose MSI B450M PRO M2 V2.

Personally I would go for the Ryzen 5 2600. While the 9400F will likely provide slightly better gaming performance in some scenarios, the 2600 with a light overclock (probably enough for the Wraith cooler to handle) will be damn near equal with it while giving you more multi-threaded performance for the future. You will also have a better upgrade path.

You want to find a board that has VRM heatsinks, an ASrock Pro 4 B450 will be fine, or look for an MSI Gaming or Tomahawk board

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

other than 2200g, you shall see no diff at all with all cpu u listed.

1600 (2 more cores)& 2400g (a spare apu just in case) are good enough, 2-3 yrs later you shall find realy cheap high end cpu for upgrades.

please get a better mobo,
