How about this? 

1. Replace 8600K with CPU AMD Ryzen 5 3600X Six-Core 3.8GHz AM4 BOX w/Wraith Spire for 269€

2. Replace H370 with MSI B450 GAMING PLUS RYZEN DDR4-3466+ USB3.1 for 102€

3. DDR3 RAM don't work on 8600K/H370, not supported. Get 2 of the DIMM 8GB DDR4 3200Mhz Kingston CL18 HyperX Fury Black for total 16GB for 90€

4. Get the MSI GeForce RTX 2060 VENTUS XS 6GB OC GDDR6 HDMI/3xDP DX12 for 345€

 

This bring total to €1028, if you want to lower then get 3600 instead of 3600X to get total €97
