Workstation for Numerical Modeling

Hi Everyone,

 

I was wondering if anyone here has any experience building a workstation for heavy numerical modeling and might be able to help me part-out a pc?

Approximate Purchase Date: late October / early November
Budget: $1500 CAD
Programs of Interest: LS-DYNA, ANSYS, MIKE, OpenFOAM, Blender
PC Parts not Needed: Monitors, peripherals, GPU (Currently a GTX 970 but plan to upgrade in the new year)
