Sound stuttering while only playing games!

Hi,

This issue just happened yesterday, while I'm on a game, the sound in the game starts to stutter. I have checked all my sound drivers, they are up to date.
I cannot pin-point this problem and it's driving me insane.

This is a new build. I'm using the HDMI for sound (Nvidia sound) to my t.v with logitech 5.1 speakers attached.

Any guidance is greatly appreciated!

Install the latest September Windows Updates if you haven't already. Some of the early to mid September updates broke a bunch of things, including audio, particularly in games.
