First build advice

Hi guys  i"m getting ready to order my parts for my first pc build and looking for any suggestions to save some money or get a better value. It will mostly be used for 1080p gaming and i would like to use it for VR as well.

i will be using 2 dell s2419HGF monitors, corsair K63 wireless keyboard, and a corsair harpoon wireless mouse. Thanks.

Faster memory for less money

Faster GPU, that isnt as loud.

PSU that's not way overkill.

Alright thanks i will definitely change the psu and the ram

As for the board i went with the x470 because i found and open box one for $115 so its the same price as the b450 should i still switch it to the b450?
