Pc slowing down?

Hi. I was wondering if anyone can give me advice on why my computer has seem to have gotten slower or something. Over the past couple of months all these AAA games have beem coming out yet my computer struggles to run them. Getting low frames and i dont know why.

i7 7700

16GB DDr4 2400mhz (some no name oem samsung)

Zotac GTX 1080 mini

600w thermal take psu

200gb ssd from kingston

1tb hdd

Collect data such as thermals and actual fps. Maybe your computer is thermal throttling. Or it could be that you're using the wrong settings. Cite the games that you're having trouble running, and how much performance actually seem to have degraded. Your computer specs are only half of the data people need to troubleshoot.

If nothing that @NonStandardUser said works a fresh install of windows will often fix software problems

Im getting 60 frames on bfV on lowest settings with my gpu and cpu both around 70 to 80 degrees 

Same goes with destiny. I try to crank up the settings and it can barely run 60 fps on high settings
