Need help with GPU selection!

I am confused out of my mind about which GPU to choose for my build...


On one side is Sapphire's stock variant of the 5700 XT by AMD https://www.sapphiretech.com/en/consumer/21293-01-40g-radeon-rx-5700-xt-8g-gddr6


And on the other side are these "OC" variants of the 2060 super by Nvidia

I'm pretty sure the 5700 XT is overall a better card but I also heard about its bad thermals and noise problem. As I live in India, thermals are a huge problem as temperatures can reach upto over 45°C in the summers.


The price of all these are more or less the same in the local and online markets.

The 2060 Super is slightly behind the 5700 non XT. The 5700 XT is almost the same as a 2070 Super. I'd get a Sapphire Pulse model ant NOT reference blower
