Getting Memory at full speed

Hi everyone I need some help on getting my ram at its full speed of 3600 here are my specs.  My motherboard is up to date on the bios.  I have tried the ram in b1 and b2 slots.  I have tried the ram in b1 and a1.  I have tried the ram in B2 and A2 slots and I can't get the ram to run at 3600 speed.  PLEASE HELP ME.  

Motherboard: ASUS ROG Crosshair VIII Hero X570 ATX Motherboard

CPU: Ryzen 7 3700x

Cooler: CORSAIR Hydro Series H60 AIO

RAM: G.SKILL Trident Z RGB (For AMD) 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3600 (PC4 28800) Desktop Memory Model F4-3600C18D-16GTZRX

Its slots b2 and a2 so you were right on that last one, have you enabled xmp (or whatever amd's equivalent was called) correctly?
