even better specifications

Really? Check out colour correctness (not equal to just gamut) and viewing angles...

Which is "better" depends on the intended use though; is for example high refresh gaming more important than photo or video editing for example.

Your post is mixing refresh rate, resolution and panel type into a mix just based on price, not intended use.

Help us help you by telling what you do most (gaming, homework, photo/video editing) and your setup (a 144hz 1440p or 4k wont do you anythjng if the gpu is ten years old for example).

Then we can advice in a direction :)

hi @PakYacJack

Personal preferences I'll would say. Like you said already NT is cheaper for higher refresh rate. Is this more important to you then colour accuracy? Then go for NT, if colour accuracy is more important to you then go for IPS. Very depending on what the most important specs are for you either NT or IPS might be a better deal.

I do almost no content creation so colour accuracy is of little importance but still i don't want it to be washed out.

I game 50% of the time I'm on my PC  (FPS, MOBA, MMO)

I'm training in networking so having lots of real estate is somewhat necessary.

So what I want is both high refresh rate and high resolution, TN panel being perfect for this.

What i want to know is if the drawbacks of TN are significant enough that the drawbacks of lower resolution and refresh rate of IPS are diminished.

Colour accuracy in unimportant but for example having a movie watching experience noticeably effected by the colour is not worth any refresh rate for me.

Check out this panel. I just picked on up, its TN, but has pretty decent colors. Yes a bit saturated, but its 1440p and 144hz. And not a bad price. Out of the box stand kinda sucks, but a Vesa is where its at anyways in my book.

It is only available in the US from what I can find.... Your location being what it is idk if they'll sell it to a space program for shipping ;)
