Rx 580 *no display*

Hi, so i just bought a used rx580 *ex mining* card off ebay, all the feedback of the seller was positive and all gpu sold had good reviews ( also has 1 month waranty). I recieved the gpu today and decided to connect it to my motherboard, but i dont get a display into bios, my old gpu works fine (gtx 660), my motherboard is a h61m-e with a i7 3770, i want to rule out any other potential issues before i return the card, i have no drives installed so i guess i can rule out old drivers from my gtx 660 as the issue, the fan speed of the card are normal, and there computer seems to boot normally, just no display. Using hdmi, tested display port, got same result.

I reset cmos, it worked.
