Heatsink collection

This is not including the heatsinks currently being used by my family.
 

I was weighing them on a scale to get a rough estimate of which ones can hold more heat (mostly because I was bored)

 

The behemoth tower cooler on the far right has a socket 775 mounting system and would require some modification to fit on a modern CPU.

 

The heaviest after that (not counting the game console heatsink on the far left) (and my personal favorite) is the one at the very top which came with the alienware x51 (lga 1155, so it's still usable) that my current CPU came from. I like this one for multiple reasons. Not only is it 3oz heavier than the newer Intel stock cooler, but the fan can be swapped easily and it's almost a centimeter taller with fins that branch into 2 near the end which means more surface area.
