Need help with upgrade choice

Hi everyone, looking for some wisdom from someone who has a good idea on GPU capabilities and what I should get. I am a twitch partner and am needing to upgrade my set up as it's been way to long. I DO NOT PLAY PC GAMES, my gf plays sims 4 now and then but that is about it. I stream sports console games so my PC is just for streaming and editing. As of not my pc is

 

Ryzen 7 2700x

16gb (8x8) 3200mhz

Asrock b450 

650w or 750w PS

Dual monitor 1080p 60hz 

GPU 750ti (yes I know but again did the job)

 

I am looking to upgrade my monitors to 4k or maybe just somthing better then 60hz. GPU is going to be getting a small upgrade aswell. So to run 2 4k monitors and to stream (i know a high end GPU isnt needed for streaming) what should I get for 250$ or less? My local store has a sale for a MSI radeon RX 570 8gb for 200 and also a 4gb for $150. Will the 4gb version do enough for what I need? And also any tips on a good monitor that isnt going to kill my wallet would be great aswell (bonus points if it comes in white) lol thanks.

You're doing 2x 4K monitors, you need an RX 5700/RTX 2060 or better for performance, or you're not going to have a good time.
