Vega 56 Undervolt Issues

G'day everyone,

 

I've been spend quite a bit of time undervolting my MSI Air Boost Vega 56 and have got some good and interesting results. However, I've now run into an issue. For some reason, using Wattman or Watt tool and can't seem to lower the voltage anymore or in fact change it manually. image.thumb.png.5be93f540bdcac807dc0e4a0a30fff69.pngI have an image here showing the card "undervolted" to 1mV but it using HWiNFO it can be seen it is at around 1060mV. Interestingly it seems to fluctuate between 1050-1100mV. Does anyone know why this is the case? 

 

My Rig is:

6600K 4.2GHz

16GB DDDR4

MSI Air Boost Vega 56

Corsair RM850I
