Hello

I just came to know about this forum. I need help fixing my laptops network.

problem is i can't access any other pc on my local network, Also they can't access me.

I tried many forums and youtube videos, it would be a big help if you guys can help. I need to transfer around 100-130 GB files.

when i try to access my system from other devices, this dialog box pop ups

 

you do not have permission to access //serene-pc. Contact your network adminstrator to request access.

 

Can anyone help? thanks in advance
