Freezing then crashing

I wouldn’t say my power supply is the issue. It’s a good Corsair cx750 80+ bronze and I bought it new in 2017. And I think that it’s my ssd that is corrupting the system files. I’m planning to switch to a m.2. Should I reset windows when i do so?

Install the new SSD and fresh install Windows 10 onto it. You don't want to just reset windows or anything like that, it needs to be completely fresh if you want to be sure. And if it still does it with a new SSD and fresh Windows 10 then you know it's something else.

Sometimes while doing something on my computer windows will slow down then crash. This happens once in a while so I decided to post about this. I have tried reseting my pc which worked but after a while it came back, I have switched out my cpu, motherboard, ram, and graphics card and nothing fixed it. I am also using the latest stable version of windows.

This is way to little information to start trouble shooting on a forum. If you have completely switched everything you say there is only one option left, that you have a bad PSU. How likely that is depends on the switching you've done on the parts.

It's more likely you're HDD/SSD that hold corrupted system files.

I don't know why people are "fans" or resetting windows.. Personally i whipe my drives entierly then reinstall it cleanly. This way i also get rid of old things i abselutely don't want to clean up in manually.
