help Wraith or a diy

I have about $15 left in my all amd budget and I can't decide whether to get a wraith spire or use my old cryorig 120mm and a huge ass heatsink and diy them together i am using a trusty amd clip mount thingy note the cryorig fan is just the prop that I diy to a 10,000 rpm velociraptor hard drive motor very jank yeee

none currently installed I have parts from other scrap coolers like a 2 tower heatsink from BeQuiet! and the prop from a 120mm cryorig that I hot glued to a 10,000 rpm velociraptor hard drive motor powered by a 9V that HDD was dropped years ago

What do you mean by the prop?

If you have a Dark Rock Pro series cooler, that'd be easily better than the Wraith Spire if you can get the mounting hardware for it.
