help me get 3733Mhz

PC wont boot 3600Mhz or above, at 3533-3466 it will, but it wont be stable, until 3333MHz 1.35V 

now i suppose motherboard is good quality since i am able to boot with advertised support of 3533MHz 

I'd say memory controller on CPU is bad because it stays unstable at even 3533MHz and i was wondering if i should keep trying by just increasing DRAM Voltage in BIOS?

 

So if any expert is here to correct me if wrong 

if i cant automatically get at least 3600MHz, that means CPU is def a key factor here to turn around and say -hey u're the one screwing me over

Just slam DRAM voltage to 1.5V during testing. SOCK voltage needs adjusting as well, depending on CPU 1.05v-1.15v could give you better chances. Then it's timing adjustments, try raise all numbers to soemthing much larger.
