Every second pc booting it doesn't start

My pc doesn't start every second booting. Fans are working, it shows that bios thing on the screen but after that it's just black. It's not critical problem because I can restart it but it's annoying

are you using fast startup?

 

Make sure your pc is actually powering off by checking the power button settings

I just power on by case button but every second powering it doesn't show screen

I power off by windows

go to your power option files and make sure it actually powers off. 

check in your bios settings if you are on safe boot and fast boot

I checked and computer is powering off properly.

Computer isn't running in safe boot. Fast boot is enabled
