PC restarts while gaming

Hi guys, my PC restarts randomly while gaming. It never happens while browsing web or movie watching. It happens in games randomly I can play for 3h and then it restart or I can run a game and it will restart while loading menu after 1 min. I had run a Valley - UNIGINE for 6h and nothing happen. Temps for my GPU and CPU are fine. I had reinstall windows and still happens from time to time. Now my question how to test it, what is wrong?

16GB DDR3 1600mhz

Evga 2080 TI Black

Corsair CX750W 4 years old

250GB SSD OS, 1TB SSD Games, 1TB HDD Storage, 10TB HDD Storage.

OK, I don't know what to do? I had been playing COD MW beta for last 3h and had no problems so far. Can any of you help me out with testing methodology?

My PC just restarted after gaming for 1h. Please guys I need some help.

I had a similar problem with a friend of mines pc after recently building it, aftwr a bit of mind boggling it just turned out to be a defective gpu because it would just force restart mid game, you can test this by switching the card with some back up older card or use the integrated graphics on some low games and see if it goes on for longer than your 3 hour mark

Just ordered a UPS for my whole setup, This will eliminate power issue from main. It was something I was looking to buy for long for my NAS. After that I will be replacing my PSU if problems persist and if there is still a issue I will send my GPU for warranty. Thanks for help more update in few days time.
