Yes it supports M.2, and can install it in either slot.

I just want to know if the motherboard  supports m.2 sata3 drives (not nvme) and do I insert it ont the 1st slot or the 2nd? Thanks! Sorry I am really new to this building a pc and I am still doing my research about parts.
