Connect both drives and select the SSD as the first device in the boot order.

Now boot into Windows and open disk-management. Here you can delete the partitions and format the drive.

You have to use the flag "override", like this

already tried that doesn't work...

What exactly doesn't work? Is there any kind of error message?

Thanks for the help, fixed by just reinstalling windows without having the old HDD plugged in then i wiped it.
