If there are any other ones that are a good price and that are good please let me know my spending price is 700 but i am not also wanting to spend that much either  (Gotta budget myself)

Im willing to spend more than 300 i3 aren't good and i never had good luck with them and i think my friend had one and it couldn't run anything unless i am wrong but i swear it looks the same.

These models are updated every year. It doesn't have an i3 either- the model you linked to has an 8250U and an MX150.
