Touch Overlay

Hey guys... I am currently working on a home project (smart home device) and it requires a capacitive touch panel/overlay, not a whole screen, just touch overlay. IR touch panel is mainly out of the question because of its frame thickness. The size is minimum of 15 inches and then depending on the price. The only place i could find anything that fits the project is aliexpress and specifically this one looks really good:

Has anyone ordered similar things from aliexpress? Are they any good, well, do they work at least? Or maybe you know some other place where i can buy similar product?
