It does, but I don't know if it will fit AM4 as I have heard that AM3 and AM4 are different.

That one doesnt have the AM4 bracket

 

You would have to get one of these

Just look it up I 100% guarantee you it probably even says on the product page for comparability

There is not a aio on the market that won't fit the am4 socket.The size thats a different story.A 120 is too small to me so 240 or bigger is what you want.
