If you cant you can try clearing the cmos battery ! You do that if you pull out the battery and let it lay around for some minutes and putting it back

This is all there is.. No battery or jumper

Ok wow i rly dont see one maybe under the cooler but ! You got the manual of the motherboard ? There should be described how to clear cmos ! But can you tell me the exact name of your board? And pls fill your profile with your speccs for people to help you faster !

pretty sure the cmos battery is covered by the GPU right now

between the PCIe slots

 

also isn't CLRCMOS1 the jumper? the 2 pegs sticking out

Didn't come with a jumper connector and found where it is just can't do anything with it
