Hi,

I was wondering if someone might be able to help me. I bought an rx 570 but it's not working at all its giving me barely 20 fps in combination with an i5 3570k so I wanted to update its bios. But atiwinflash(293) doesn't work due to a subsystem ID mismatch for some reason (I have the correct bios from tech power up) so I was thinking of flashing it through CMD but I don't know the command.

Thanks in advance if anyone tries to help

Are you sure the problem is with the vBIOS?

What games are you playing? Did you install the drivers properly? Are your drivers up to date? What is your CPU and GPU usage while in-game?

Just tried fortnite (just to test minecraft is better but that's not the point) yes the driver are installed properly and I haven't checked the usages in a while I will do that later today and will update this post(I am from the Netherlands so that's why responding took so long) this is the gpu-Z check which was quite strange and the subsytemID ends on a 0 but the bios on techpowerup ends on a 3(the rest is all the same)

@Crunchy Dragon

Run a GPU benchmark like Unigine Heaven or Valley, then compare that score against other RX 570 numbers. Also monitor CPU and GPU usage while doing that.
