How’s this then? It’s a little over but it’s only because of the fans. You could just skip them for now and add them later.

I got a ps5 and a pc pretty ballin

I'd suggest a different motherboard. Still compatible with the case lighting and has appropriate fan headers for the contemplated fans so the fan hub/splitter is not needed.

Consider faster memory that is a touch less expensive.

A 240GB ssd is really the minimum capacity that should be used for a system drive.

A 550W psu should be more than enough capacity for the build.

Nothing really wrong with the MSI Z390-A Pro motherboard. But it is an entry level board and I think a better quality motherboard is called for considering the cpu.

The Asus TUF Z390-Pro Gaming motherboard has a total of six fan headers. One will be used by the cpu cooler. One has to have a BIOS setting change to work with PWM fans.

pcpartpicker does not account for 3rd party sellers on newegg

It doesn't account for an awful lot of merchants. It is however the tool that is used here when possible as it provides broadly available pricing.
