Help me make a decision

The system is going to be somethin like this:
Case: the new Be Quiet! Pure Base 500 black and windowed case; i want to replace the fans for 3 140mm silent wings 3, but that would be the last thing i'll do
Board: Gigabyte B450 Aorus Pro Wifi (rev 1.0)
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
RAM: 2 x 8 Gb DDR4 3200 mhz Hyperx Fury RGB (although RGB isn't meant to be a strong feature in this new rig, it was only 5 dollars more than the non RGB version)
Cooler: Be Quiet! Dark Rock TF (i know this case doesn't require a top down cooler but 1) to me, it looks incredibly cool and 2) it performs well in all reviews i've seen)
GPU: Gigabyte RTX 2070 super gaming oc 3x windforce (i might go for a 2080 if, at the time i'm actually making the purchase, the price difference isn't too big). I'll try to ahve it mounted vertically with cablemos or phanteks vertcial mounting bracket.
Storage: 1 x HP EX950 M.2 + 2 x Teamgroup T-force vulcan 2,5" 250 gb SSD (don't judge me. i wanna show off my SSDs as the pure base 500 case was designed for haha) + an older 2 tb HDD i already have on my current pc
With those system specifications you are looking at closer to 350W power consumption under load. Ignore PSU wattage calculators, they often suggest much higher wattage than you need as they make money from affiliate links selling PSUs, so naturally they want to sell you the more expensive higher wattage unit.
If you want more accurate power consumption figures then I would suggest looking up reviews that test power consumption of individual components for the Ryzen 3600 as well as the RTX 2070 Super. Personally I find Tom's Hardware reviews is a good place to start and they have a good catalogue of reviews.

RMx is better, but they're both good. As per above you don't need such high wattage, so if it's available in Colombia going with a cheaper unit like the RM550x or even a Be Quiet Straight Power 11 550W might make more sense.
