One of the best things are planning and building your rig. I think that the system is good be sure if the liquid cooler fits right on the case and re check the dimensions of GPU also..

I did some research and they should fit well. maybe a little too well

I'd get a psu with a bit more headroom for a 780.

Definitely dump the CX PSU.  Either jump up in lines from Corsair or look at Seasonic.
