GTX 1070 or 1070 Ti

Should I buy a:  ASUS ROG STRIX GeForce GTX 1070 Ti A8G 8GB for 374.76$ or EVGA GTX 1070 SC Gaming for 239.84$ both are local evga one is used for 2 years still has packaging not sure about warranty but STRIX one has packaging and warranty and is 1 year old and I want to use it for 21:9 1080p 144hz monitor

 

My specs:

GPU: r9 380x 

CPU: r5 2600

RAM: G.Skill Aegis 2x8 16 gb 3000 mhz

PSU: coolermaster lite 2013 650w
MOBO: B450M-A Prime

for 240$, the 1070.

Not worth 50% more for ~10-15% better.
