Hi LTT Forum,

So I have been using my new laptop happily with my MX Master 2S and the Logitech Options software with my profiles imported from my desktop however when I used it today it was playing up so went to open the software and it wouldn't open however I have had this before on my desktop and proceeded to reinstall the software (annoying I know but it has worked for me before) however after uninstalling I went to reinstall and the setup opens and immediately closes again without displaying a window? I have tried doing as a thread on the Logitech support site said and removed the programdata and appdata for Logitech Options then tried reinstalling but this did not help. I want to get this resolved as without the software and my customisations it just isn't the same. :(

TIA,

Max

There is a high probability that the program hasnt been removed yet and some files might have still been left in your system. Try looking for an older version of the logitech software see if that works. Other than that the only other option I see is a fresh install of your OS

Right as an update for anyone with the same issue who finds this the fix for me was for close msi afterburner and rivatuner then run the installer :)
